Sawyer Water Filter

The problem it solves

Your primary purifier can break, clog, or get left behind. Water redundancy is cheap insurance.

Why this one

The Sawyer Squeeze is the thru-hiker's standard: tiny, light, screws onto standard bottles and pouches, and filters up to 100,000 gallons. Keep one as the backup to your GRAYL, or as the ultralight option for a second bag.
